Location

Located on a calm and peaceful hillside with a spectacular view of “Cerna Hora” (Black Mountain) and surrounding mountains and town; approximately 500m from the center of town. House is rented as a whole.

House

Completely renovated vacation home with a maximum capacity of 17 beds; three-story house with individual locks for the various entrances (with the exception of the winter-time, there are two separate entrances into the house); option of renting out entire house. Owner does not live in the home. Wi-Fi free.

Accommodations

On the first floor there are two two-bed rooms with a common bathroom (WC + shower); one satellite TV; one fully furnished kitchen complete with a two-range stove top, microwave, water-boiler, coffee machine, all necessary dishes; with the exception of the winter-time, there is a separate entrance to this floor. On the second floor there is a room with four beds (one double and two single); one common room with a dining area, fire place and balcony with a breath-taking view of the surrounding mountains and village, a sofa that converts into a bed for up to two people, satellite TV, one bathroom (WC + shower), one fully furnished kitchen complete with a two-range stove top, microwave, water-boiler, coffee machine, all necessary dishes. On the third floor there is room with five beds (one double and three single), balcony with dazzling view of the surrounding mountains and town, satellite TV, one fully furnished kitchen complete with a two-range stove top, microwave, water-boiler, coffee machine, all necessary dishes.

Each floor of the house is complete with a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. There are many restaurants within a range of 500m.

Outdoor seating with beautiful view of surrounding mountain range. Bowling alley and darts in the center of town (500m). Golf course less than 2km away. Horse-back riding, bicycling. Swimming pool Sejfy – 6km; Trutnov water park – 10km. Ideal location for summer hiking in the mountains – Cerna Hora, Snezka, Ruzova Hora. Zoo and Safari Park – Dvur Kralove – 25km..
