Location

at the foot of Černá hora (800 m asl), at the road from Svoboda nad Úpou to Černý Důl. Easy access to the ski area and return on skis. Ca. 80 m from the house is built a new modern six-seater chairlift with heated bubble Hofmanky EXPRESS. The ski bus to the eight-gondola called ČERNOHORSKÝ Express stops right outside the building, from the same bus stop goes bus to Černý Důl (in both areas, a common pass).

Pension

New built hozuse with a capacity of 10 rooms – 31 beds ( 29 + 2 additional beds). Friendly feeling.

restaurant, the price includes a buffet breakfast , possibility to order a lunch and supper, many restaurants in vicinity.

Sport and relaxation

game room with a table tennis, whirlpool for 300,- CZK ( for 5 persons ) , sauna and a common room with fire and TV. In winter a perfect place for skiing and to sledge , hiking and playing tennis in summer ( tennis courts 70 m far ).
